Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 29 December 2024Pure nostalgia. Almost identical to the original, but with some very minor tweaks and adjustments - like the option to go triple speed, correction of a couple of text errors, and no need to swap discs.
Anyone looking for a cheap version of FF7 remake or rebirth will be disappointed, but for anyone looking to pretend they're back in the late 1990s complete with the blocky graphics and immersive story, this is ideal!

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 December 2024I loved playing this back in the day. I have enjoyed playing this again. It was one of the first open world games that I played and since then I have sort out as many open world games thanks to this game.

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2024Be aware it's a digital code, not hard copy, I wish it was put in the title,
And not a true remaster basically same as original with extras

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 3 December 2024DO NOT BUY this expecting to get the remastered version, you are unable to return or refund it due to the fact there is no game card ( which is written on the game box ) but you do not know it is not the remastered version until you have redeemed your code on the Nintendo EShop. Beware, do not buy.

Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 January 2025Haha, well I have to knock down some stars..
Firstly it comes with a thinga ma bingy code. That is you will have to manually VERY annoyingly type in the code in your switch in the thingy page in the store with your little fingers, or big fingers, mine are resaonable big so I get a lot of typos on touchscreens XD so its more annoying for me perhaps (than others)..
But still, why isnt these delivered instantly instead not over mail but since you get the box?? I mean its a waste of post office workers when you just get the code anyway.. Its a bit stupid if you ask me tbh, I mean for the physical cartridge, which I do prefer obviously they have to be mailed but its just silly to have to post codes why cant they just be instantly delivered to you instead. Well for the price of 8 quid for this final fantasy seven, its meant to be a cult game so thought why not buy it for the switch as well..
Personally im a big fan of ff series, but XD have I ever finished them no? XD haha I meet some boss tthen die then rage quit .. Not saying they are bad but im just a noob gamer that enjoys games..
Im only knocking the stars down because its false advertising claiming this is remastered when its not.
